Terms and conditions of participation:
1. The participant is at least 18 years old
2. The SPL Crescendo duo Give-Away starts on the 16th of April 2020, 12:00 CET and ends on the 18th of May 2020, 9:00 CET. Later contributions and postings will not be considered.
3. To join the SPL Crescendo duo Give-Away, the participant has to send or post at least one SPL related picture with a statement (short text about the device or greeting message). When posting on Instagram, the participant has to use the hashtag #splGiveAway.
4. A drawing will be held on the 18th of May 2020 to determine which participant will receive the Crescendo duo as a gift.
5. We choose three participants per channel (Instagram, Facebook, Mail) selected by the random principle. From these nine, the one who will receive the Crescendo duo is chosen by a drawing. The other eight will receive a small SPL gift.
6. The drawn participants will receive an e-mail or a Facebook direct message after the draw.
7. If we do not receive a response from the drawn person within one week, another participant will be selected in a repetition of the draw procedure. This participant will then be chosen again by drawing lots from the remaining eight participants of the first selection. This procedure is repeated a maximum of twice if necessary.
8. The photos sent via e-mail and Facebook direct mail or posted on Instagram including statements may be used by us on our social media channels or posted on our website. The use can be revoked by the participant at any time.
9. The SPL Crescendo duo Give-Away is exclusively organized by SPL. Facebook and Instagram are not associated with this Give-Away.
10. These terms and conditions apply to all participants joining the SPL Crescendo duo Give-Away. By participating, participants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and automatically agree to them by participating.
All decisions are final.
