Channel One Mk3 – the perfect front-end for the modern producer.

Subscribe to the Community News until December 22, 2023 and have the chance to win one of the seven shirts or the Channel One Mk3 from the SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023.
Exact details about the process:
On December 22, 2023, we will raffle off the Channel One Mk3 and seven SPL shirts among all SPL Community News subscribers – just in time for the upcoming holidays, we will then inform the lucky ones via email on December 22nd. The winners of the SPL shirts can then choose their size and color way. We will then publish a post with the first names and the first letter of the last name of the winners on our social media channels – so anonymity is assured. However, we can all be sure that the lucky winners will check their e-mail inbox attentively.
If you are big fans of us, but just don’t like newsletters, we don’t want to take away the chance to get a great SPL X-mas present. Just send us a postcard with your name and address to SPL electronics GmbH, Sohlweg 80, 41372 Niederkruechten. We promise you will have the same chance as the SPL Community News subscribers. All you have to do is make sure that we receive the postcard by December 21, 2023.
The postcards and related data will of course be deleted after the give-away and will not be given to third parties under any circumstances. You can find more information about data protection here.

Conditions of participation:
1. The participant is at least 18 years old.
2. The SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023 will start on on December 1st, 2023, 9:00 CET and will end on December 22, 2023, 09:00 CET. Subsequent subscribers will not be included.
3. There will be a draw on December 22, 2023 to determine which participants will receive the Channel One Mk3.
4. The drawn participant will receive an email after the draw, or will be contacted by postmail if he or she has sent a postcard.
5. If we do not receive a response from a drawn participant until January 08, 2024 12:00 CET, another participant will be selected in a repeat draw. If this participant also does not respond within 10 working days, we will repeat this procedure two more times.
6. Early termination and changes:
We reserve the right to cancel the SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023 in whole or in part at any time, even without adherence to deadlines, or to change its course, if for technical or legal reasons it is not possible to guarantee a proper execution of the SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023.
The SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023 is exclusively organized by SPL. Social media channels like Facebook, X and Instagram are not involved in this raffle.
These terms and conditions of participation apply to all participants of the SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023. By participating in the SPL X-mas Give-Away 2023 all participants confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of participation and automatically agree on them by joining.
