Terms and conditions of participation
1. The participant is at least 18 years old.
2. The SPL Vitalizer Mk3-T Give-Away will start on September 4, 2024, 9:00 CET and will end on September 18, 2024, 09:00 CET. Subsequent comments will not be included.
3. There will be a draw on Septmeber 18, 2024 to determine which participant will receive the Vitalizer Mk3-T.
4. The participant has to write a comment in the comment section of the video “Vitalizer Mk3-T & Channel One Mk3 @ Social House” on Youtube [https://youtu.be/yo5AVevPsrA] where the participant tells us why the participant would like to have the SPL Vitalizer Mk3-T.
5. The drawn participant will receive a direct message through Youtube.
6. If we do not receive a response from the first drawn participant until September 25, 2024 12:00 CET, another participant will be selected in a repeat draw. If this participant also does not respond within 10 working days, we will repeat this procedure two more times.
7. Early termination and changes:
We reserve the right to cancel the SPL Vitalizer Mk3-T Give-Away in whole or in part at any time, even without adherence to deadlines, or to change its course, if for technical or legal reasons it is not possible to guarantee a proper execution of the SPL Vitalizer Mk3-T Give-Away.
