“My microphones don’t sound transformed through the Crescendo duo. They sound unlocked.”
“And subjectively I hear that difference as depth, space, separation, tiny dynamic information, right? Transients that seem completely effortless, siblance that remains detailed without becoming as hard or as spitty as you’re used to hearing, right? And this strange sensation that there’s just simply more dimensional information coming out of the microphone.”
“Why the Crescendo duo may be the ultimate microphone preamp. It’s not the preamp I tell somebody to buy with their first serious microphone. It’s the preamp I’d tell somebody to buy when they’re tired of wondering what’s left.”
